Onward and Upward

It’s been just a few short weeks since our last update and the Campus Center has already grown another storey. The additional wooden framing, now covering the first floor, slopes gently upward toward the second, and encloses the porch on the north side.

But it won’t stop there! Above the indoor dining area, the walls of the second storey will extend into a high vaulted ceiling, allowing a ton of natural light into the space to create a bright, welcoming atmosphere where students will gather for meals and other group activities.

Meanwhile, more work is being done on the interior of the Welcome Center and staff offices (formerly the Wellness Center), located adjacent to the Performance Tent in the center of Campus.

On the southern parcel, siding installation continues on the new faculty cabins, as well as the addition of sleek wood flooring in the interiors. They will be the perfect “home away from home” for our incredible artist-faculty.
