While keyboards and computers inundate the modern musical era, Itzhak Perlman - musical maestro and superstar of the strings - remains an important figure in demonstrating that the genre of classical music is still as touching, moving and motivating today as it has been over the centuries. Itzhak and his wife Toby sat with Plum after their recent concert at the Ross School.
