Students must arrive at the Hilton Garden Inn in Sarasota on December 17, 2009 in time for our first 5:00pm group meeting, and will depart on January 3, 2010.

If you are flying in or out of Tampa, we will arrange transportation to and from the airport. To facilitate this, please try to schedule your Tampa arrival on December 17th before 2:30pm, and avoid scheduling flights that depart from Tampa before 1:00pm on January 3rd. More information will be provided once we know everyone’s travel plans.
We will also provide transportation to and from the Sarasota Airport, which is only 5 minutes away from the Hotel.
If you’d like to travel to Florida with a PMP adult, Tomoko will be traveling from New York City’s JFK to Tampa, Fl direct. You are not required to be on her flight, but we offer it as a chaperoned option. Please check your email or contact Sherry for more information on this option.
All students attending the 2009/10 Sarasota Winter Residency are required to fill out the following forms by November 1, 2009:
1) Attendance Form
This is an online form that provides us with required information. You will be asked to create a user name and password so that you can save your form and return to finish it later. Please do not hit the final submit button until your form is complete. Follow instructions carefully and answer all the questions as completely as possible.
2) Liability Waiver Form
This form is a PDF download that requires your signature. If you are 18 years old or younger, your parents must also sign. Please fill out this form and mail it to Sherry, or fax it to: 212-501-7099.
We will be once again staying at the Hilton Garden Inn Sarasota, next door to the University of South Florida Sarasota-Manatee campus.
